he may very well find his purchases in his Ebay shopping basket. The Ebay shopping basket is the worst I have ever seen on an online shopping website. Buyers add things to the basket and it just sits up there on the right hand top corner of the page and is not connected to the buyers purchases page in any way - the Ebay shopping basket acts like a Wish List really and a lot of buyers don't realise that when they pay for items from their Ebay purchases page that the items in the Shopping Cart aren't actually on the Ebay purchases page. If they were on any other web page, when they check out, everything in their shopping cart checks out, but not Ebay. Ebay takes great pride in thinking outside the square - trouble is, they operate outside the square too - and are so far removed from everyone else who is still inside the square that Ebay totally misses the boat - every time.

More than likely, it is the shopping basket/cart.

But

I wouldn't be asking "where's my stuff?" until I had a record of paying for it. Which if it is just in the basket...there won't be. If you cannot find the sale, perhaps respond with that. Ask them if the items are in their basket, and that you are happy to send when

They Pay.

I have no problem with shopping cart purchases ending up in my purchase page.

Thank you everyone, all helpful - no, not in his 'Cart' he didn't even know what I was speaking of.

It was the "You will hold this order for 1 month before mailing, I will let you know" that finished me lol

I agree, anything I pay from my shopping cart ends up on my purchases page as well, after I have paid for it. On all other shopping websites that I know, when you go to pay, your items in your shopping cart all come up when you go to check out. On ebay - you can only pay for your shopping cart purchases from the shopping cart itself, not from your purchases page. After you have paid for them from your shopping cart, they are on your purchases page once paid, but you cannot pay for your shopping cart purchases from your purchase page.
