I was under the impression that one a NOP was filed and closed the customer could not leave feedback. Am i wrong?
cust promised payment several time and nothing. NPB filed and closed 3 weeks after purchase. They should not be able to leave feedback.
Can I get this removed..

If you want to avoid trouble and attract more customers remove that line from your listings.

Just spoke to e-bay and they say it will be removed. Yeh. I wasn't worried when I saw it because I knew it should be removed.
I will now put the buyer on my BBL.

Did they explain how come the non payer was able to leave feedback? The option should no longer have been there once the strike was issued.

No they did not explained why. They had no hesitation removing it though. Did not argue with me at all.

Is it possible that the NEG was left before the strike came through, and being busy you just did not notice? I hardly ever look at my FB.

No I closed the NPB on the 14th December and they left the neg on the 20th.
