#NeverSendle have lost 3 of the 8 items I have sent with them = useless

The hassle involved dealing with them is large. Still trying to get refunds.

Don't use Sendle. Pay the extra for more reliable service.  Any price benefit is quickly disolved via their poor delivery record!

Sendle create unnecessary issues with my customers.

So of all the many many threads on here saying the same thing

Why did you use them?

Why will others listen to your post when you did not listen to all those other posts?

You used them to save a buck

Didn't really work out

And Sendle do not deliver anything

They are a courier broker, not a courier

That is a bad experience no doubt. However, I have to say that I have never had too bad an experience using Sendle. Predominantly 95% of the parcels I have sent with them have been by Couriers Please and my local driver is brilliant. It all depends on the drivers in your area.

That said, I still use Australia Post 98% of the time but that is getting harder to do with their price increases. Not only that but using Australia Post does not make you immune to problems; I had over $10k in parcels stolen by a driver, and recently have been getting the odd 'underpaid postage' despite the fact that I weight every parcel that does not go in a satchel and now photograph all parcels on the weighing scales at the PO.

I’ve used Sendle a few times for light weight items and most of the time, if it’s Couriers Please delivery has been fine, but if it’s the other mob, parcels would take forever to get picked up if dropped off at a BP hub.  One attendant told me when I went to get my uncollected parcel and take it somewhere after sitting there for 2 weeks, that he had parcels sitting there for 3-4 weeks uncollected.

With the 1000s of complaints and issues with Sendle, I don’t get why eBay constantly promote using Sendle.

We always use Aust Post, and although they can be a bit pricing depending on your requirements, their service in our opinion is superior to most.

Plus their reach across Australia is definitely better.

We don't waste our time with offers or specials from anyone else, have learnt over time (aprox 15 years here) just not worth it.

Plus you will have some recourse and help up to a certain degree if you have any problems.

Your customer will not understand that you are trying to save $'s they just want their item delivered on time and in good contition.

We can count on one hand the damage (as long as the item is packed carefully by you) and non - delivery situations we have experienced using Aust Post over this 15 years period.

We won't be changing any time soon.

Strongly suggest that you stick with AP .

Agreed. I notice eBay is promoting a competition, with entries related to using Sendle.  Not close to tempting me to ever use Sendle again. Yes, AP is more expensive, however "Risk vs Reward" I'll use AP.
