New ebay 'Seller Hub' format.

I can't get across (without swearing) how absolutely horrible the new ebay seller hub format is.

Well done ebay. How to take a format that worked okay, and revamp it into the most god awful counterintuitive piece of rubbish.

I've got no idea how people with many sales going on daily navigate this disaster.

I guess enough idiots at Ebay driving desks thought it was a winner.

Currently looking at better places to sell!

Re: New ebay 'Seller Hub' format.

Perhaps if eBay actually surveyed their sellers they would find a sizeable amount hate the newest interface, followed by the modern interface and last would be the classic interface.

Re: New ebay 'Seller Hub' format.

If you are only selling under 20 items it would be a breeze. Try selling 100+ of items and then get back to us on how great the new "Seller Hub" is?

Did you even bother to read the offer in the post right above yours? or do you think ranting some more is really the proactive way to go

Re: New ebay 'Seller Hub' format.

I have 2000 items listed, and I sold over 1000 last year.

I preferred the old page for the fact that it showed everything on one page, but Seller Hub is hardly onerous.

I've been using it for listing since it was introduced, as I store my upcoming listings (usually around 300 - 3 times your total listings) in 'Inventory' and list from there.

Easy.

Re: New ebay 'Seller Hub' format.

After getting used to it the Seller Hub active page isn't too bad, although it still doesn't compare with the classic All Selling view, and doesn't show you how many free listings you have left unless you go into Overview, where by default it's hidden in a Windows 8-like square somewhere near the bottom of the screen. It's at least quicker to change price/quantity and the listings are shown an appropriate size (assuming a 1920x1080 monitor) like the classic view rather than taking up a third of the screen each - unfortunately the postage can't be changed without revising, unlike the price and quantity.

The My eBay design can get stuffed though, it's irritating enough in Purchase History when you've bought a dozen or so items and are trying to leave feedback for each one - I can barely fit 4 items on the screen because they're so huge, each item is something like 300 pixels tall (just like the new forum layout for that matter).

Re: New ebay 'Seller Hub' format.

I forgot to add that if 96 of your whole 101 listings are BIN why would you need to revise or relist them?

Methinks thou doth protest too much. Without any evidence to support your protest.

Although it is refreshing to see complaints other than managed payments, so that is a plus 😉
