hello hope every one is well, have been a seller for over 10 years, Have just recently started a new ebay name/account, have 10 feedback so far, my question is : At what point will paypal give me access to my funds, instead on waiting for that grace period ?

is it feedbacks or number of sales?

Yes l should call them, the account all links back to me, the reason l started another account, is I sell car parts as a registered business but l have lots of personal things to sell, and want to pay tax on my my non business items, like to keep that separate. Very sure they hold funds for 21 days, earning interest on my money (:
