I am a bit lost and need help. I listed a bag and after frenzied bidding decided to warn buyers I'm not sure if its as valuable or original as the bidding was indicating. Bidding continued and it sold. Then the winner who hasnt paid asked if it was original and I've sent 2 messages to her explaining I indicated it may not be in the description and asked what she would like to do with no reply. I've just sent another message asking for permission to cancel the listing..Ebay said to end the listing but I cant seem to without her permission which I havent got. Please help as I'm not sure what to do and I am realising I;ve made a mistake..

The best you can hope for is that the buyer doesn't pay, even if they do you should refund them immediately with apologies

You should never list anything unless you are 100% sure it is authentic and if needed you can prove it is. I am no expert but if asked I would say it was fake!  As soon as you had any doubts you should have ended it.

It is not just against ebay rules it is actually against the law to sell counterfeit items and not knowing they are fake is no defense.

If you have sent a mutual cancellation request the buyer can refuse it in which case you will not get your FVF refunded, they can accept it in which case you will or they can do nothing and after a certain time, 7 days from memory, it will time out and you can close it and get the refund.

I would imagine that you would remember if you purchased a bag worth over a grand and would keep the receipt, and most of us don't know anyone that generous that would give it as a gift, so I think you can pretty safely assume it is fake.

In this instance, I would send a mutual cancellation request, if you haven't yet done so. If the buyer agrees, your FVF will be credited back, if they don't agree, you'll still be charged, if they don't respond you can close the request manually after a full 7 days to get the credit.

Don't relist, though, I'm pretty sure LV wouldn't ever display their logo like that (I don't mean the way it's written, I mean the placement).
