New way for ebay to FEE GRAB

I had a buyer with O feedback from the usa BIN my opium tassle bottle, she has made absolutely NO contact of an sort despite my invoicing & follow up email.

I have just applied to CANCEL the transaction...one of the clauses is as follows : If the buyer declines to cancel the transaction, this case will be automatically closed and you will not receive a Final Value Fee credit.

So I have a phantom buyer & I LOSE both ways & ebay benefits both ways, listing fees & Final Value fees.

I think this is one for the financial ombudsman to be looking at !!!!!!!!

supa nova do you mean the bid history in MY listing i.e. the opium tassel.  I clicked on the [winning] bid, the bidder, everything I could click on, I could find no other instances of her bidding on any other item on ebay.

I saw no history whatsoever.

What I did find surprising tho was that there is a NEW ? 'Show Email' tag ... I was able to click on that within the Winning Bid history & see her email address !!

Is this new or has this always been there ? I hope I am the only one who sees it as that is exposing peoples personal info to all & sundry.

As i said, i went into the completed listing, clicked on the 1 winning bid [which was actually a BIN purchase] & in the 'bidding history' there was a SHOW EMAIL clickable tag.

suitcase, click on the (1 bid) on the completed listing, then click on the buyer's ID....it will open up the bid history.

I can see the bottle sold again for BIN.  And no, I cannot see tag with the buyer's email when I go to the bid history.  🙂
