No listing or final value fees But account shows other

OK so I took up Ebays offer to me to sell 3 items I no longer needed & pay no listing or final value fees ending 2 June 15. I listed 2 items  on 31 May & 1 item 1 June.

I item sold, 1 didnt, 1 still active. The one sold has my account showing a final value fee??? So how did ebay get this wrong, how do I remedy, as I am considering pulling the active listing.

Check your email you would have received for this offer,that will show you exactely what was on offer.

Some offers are bundled items and some offers are single item listings.

OP said they had to list 3 items,to me the only 3 listings are the bundled listings not the single,I received the offer on another account,it was definately the bundle offer

I got the offer, not for bundle, just standard listing, no fvf, but had to pay for subtitle (not that i listed) if seller performance was below some point or lisring in certain catagorys the offer was void.
