Some time ago I bought a piece of mohair which turned out to be synthetic, I contacted seller and received abusive reply, opened inad case, won case and received full refund left neg to warn others, then neg was removed asked why and was sent attached reply.
I think if I had followed the sellers instructions to test the product by burning, I could have jeopardised the refund by changing the product where as if I ignore the burning instruction the seller can have the neg removed catch 22?.
This sellers feedback is no longer accurate

That is so typical of the ebay 2 faced policies these days.
You really wonder if they think these things through....I am guessing they don't.

I did try to point out the conflicting policies and even suggested a simple fix but all fell on deaf ears very frustrating
