I doubt my Post Office will be scanning and printing... they are busy enough as it is. 

Especially since the Saturday morning trading ha been stopped.

Not here to fix their problems  for them, I think Ebay should be enquiry.

eBay and AP have an agreement….your post office is in breach

I think it was being provided at participating post offices, so might not be available at all agents.

How is eBay meant to know your post office refuses to print the label?

You might have to make sure that the PO you are using is a corporate one, not an agency.

If you are able to use the corporate po and they are refusing, as others have advised they are in breach.

If however you are using an agency perhaps they are not up to speed on latest developments with eBay, or just don't want the hassle and/or perhaps don't understand that it is now a requirement. 

I would get onto the Head Office and put in a query/complaint.
