I am sure many sellers are in the same boat, I believe Ebay encourage this practice , as when you buy an item on Ebay, up pops a screen with similar items to what you brought, if there cheaper than what you originally brought item at , the temptation is then to not pay the original seller.

OP, if enough sellers open NPB cases, then these buyers get strikes and can't
buy from anyone.
What more do you want ebay to do, if sellers don't do their bit
