Has anyone else noticed that when using click and send for a 500 gram ebay stachel the price is now $6.95 instead of the $7.15 it usually is?

Now as I said in my subject I am in no way complaining but it just seems strange that Aus Post has reduced their prices lol.

That would bring it into line with the price for <500gm regular boxes and satchels lodged over the counter at Aus. Post.  Maybe they had a think and worked out it's probably cheaper for them to get people to use Ebay satchels and do their own measuring and lodge details online rather than have extra customers at the post office trying to save a few cents on their packages, but taking up more time and requiring more staff to serve them.

I haven't used click and send for a couple of weeks, so I hope the new price is still there next time.

Maybe "Click n Send" is cheaper cos you have already paid for the satchels seperately and the $6.95 is only for postage whereas if you go into the post office and buy a Parcel Post Satchel your paying for the satchel and it includes the postage charge as well.....  Just thinkin  .............
