OMG I almost fell off my perch!

I just noticed something weird on our second account.

Our funds (as you know) have been on hold for 21 days.  I went to check on an echeque that we've been waiting on as we want to post as soon as we can, only to find that we have a notice underneath it saying "funds are available"

No - the echeque hasn't cleared.

Opened paypal to find there are NO holds on ANY of our funds (some sales were only today)........
Well... I almost weed a little.

Quick! Go check your pending funds please and tell me it's more than just us.

If you use the ebay message system the messages can be read by ebay.

If you use the forum PM system they cannot be read, or so I was told by a Mod.

Ok..... strange things are happening that's for sure.

Although the message is back on the Ebay account, the funds from new sales are NOT being held.

I just checked as I sold a couple things today on that acc and the funds are not pending.

I am happy!  But I would be MUCH happier if I knew it wasn't only me.  My big mouth sometimes moves a small mountain, but I am just as concerned about everyone else having to deal with this carp as I was about myself.

Sheep if you're about - would be very interested to know if this applies to your mate as well.

When dithommo posted that he/she had funds held for NON eBay transactions, I started thinking 'what the hell...'  Other posters, obviously couldn't/wouldn't accept this was happening. but I'm sure dithommo knows exactly what is going on with his/her PP account.

I, too, am concerned for everyone - I think it is the absolute pits that eBay and PP have adopted this approach.
