Old VHS movies what they are worth now.

Wasn't sure where to post this but in the selling section was a good place as any lol. Here are the top 10 VHS movies and what they are worth. So if anyone has 1 of these or even more then lucky you.

Aw man, I don't have any of those (I do have boxes full of VHS tapes, but they're all old school - as in mostly 90's, which is old school now  - HK action movies. I looked up a couple of them, just to see if hanging on to them all this time was an unwittingly awesome idea and I can strike it rich, but.... no.

why are they worth this much?  most people don't have the equip to play them on?

I have the first er on video ...wonder if thats of interst to anyone?!!

Am I correct in guessing all of those movies are B grade gore / horror movies?

I heard that there was a new release horror movie last year that was released new on VHS.

Thank you for sharing this info, it's very interesting!  I had no idea people would this much for some VHS tapes.  A few years ago I removed the printed sleeves from a bunch of early 1980s boxes and framed them to put up around the house.  Eg. Mad Max, Dark Star, Neighbors, The Blues Brothers, Airwolf.  The old slips might be worth something small as well.

The 1st one on the list did sell for that price on eBay US. Another sold for $30.00. Another didn't sell for $13.00. I'd think the lower prices would be more realistic & I'd be surprised if the seller actually was paid the $2800 (when the buyer could have bought the identical VHS for $13.00)!
