Sold a bicycle cassette recently, the guy left me this feedback  - Didn't tell me assembly was required : ( 

I though about asking him if he wanted to return it and exchange for the self fitting model..then I realised he 

would probably say yes..

the other day I saw feedback left for someone who sold a packet of balloons, It was a negative.

"There were no instructions" (sic)

I was like, seriously? You needed instructions? For balloons?

yes but if they were the kind of balloons you make animals etc out of and you need to twist and bend them a certain way I can understand that.

Basically, not all buyers understand what feedback is really for, and if a neg. is not removable, then a factual polite follow-up comment can neutralise the neg for prospective buyers. Something that explains the situation calmly 🙂
