One of my regulars can't bid ??

Just had an email from one of my regular bidders .... she can't bid on anything at all ??

Anyone else having this problem?

Has she had any unpaid strikes lately? Blocks put in place by sellers might be the answer??

yep had a buyer buy two item the other morning, all paid for straight away and sent off within a few hours. Later on that day same buyer says she keeps getting an error that won't let her buy. I have blocks in place but not unless someone buys 5 of something and doesn't pay.

I had to go in an add her to my exemption list even though I changed nothing and she purchased that morning. Just another one of ebays glitches.

Oh mine was a zero feedbacker so I doubt she got 2 unpaid strikes within a few hours.

This lady is a very reliable and honest buyer.    She bulk buys and pays postage at the end.   Sends a payment at the end of 3 weeks when she's not finished, or the satchels not full.

This is a mystery as she's been doing this for nearly a year now .....

I told her to wait until tomorrow, try again, and if the same thing happens I'll ring eBay (very reluctantly ... it takes up a lot of time 😞

I bid on 2 items within the last hour and paid with no problems so don't think it's some generalised glitch.
