A B C D or E is all you need to answer...But please feel freel to add more comments if you like 😉
Do you..
A. Feel that the current buyer and seller protection policies offered by eBay and Paypal are proper.
or
B. Do you feel the protection policies should be less ambiguous, with less loop holes for eBay and Paypal to jump through.
And if you answered A to the above, do you..
C. Have any legal training or received legal advice before selling on eBay
or
D. Do you just blindly excepted and follow what eBay and Paypal tell you.
or
E. None of the above, I both buy and sell on eBay and have never given a thought about how they treat me or others or what their motives are.

You're a buyer, Belinda. According to OP you shouldn't be allowed in here.
The rest of us appreciate your input, however.

I base my opinion on many, many years of having used Paypal and ebay with accounts on 3 different continents and I have no worries at all using either but then I completely understand how both Paypal and ebay buyer and seller protection work so have had the very few problems I have encountered resolved in my favour.
And guess what? All with absolutely no legal training, just common sense and the ability, and inclination, to actually read all the policies, terms and conditions and any updates as they occur.
