Alot of sellers including me send small items such as charms and beads as letters ie for $1.20 Is everyone aware that these are not allowed to be delivered to the new Australia Post Parcel Lockers? So you need the buyers street address - eBay needs to make sure buyers supply their street address and know that small items will be delivered to their street address

I've only had a handful of delivery addresses that were parcel lockers, but half of them have been from the same buyer on a couple of different occasions (so I presume they were delivered Ok), and they were all large letters (under 125 grams), with no apparent issues. Is it a new policy? The last one I sent to a parcel locker was 30th November.

I don't know when the policy came in but a whole lot of things aren't supposed to be delivered to parcel lockers including items over 16kg and parcel requiring signature on delivery. I only found out about this because my sister has a parcel locker and told me - I confirmed it: http://auspost.com.au/parcels-mail/parcel-lockers.html#tab3

Wow I had no idea about this!
I *think* I have sent letter items and receipted delivery to them before.

i just found out that if a letter is sent to a Parcel Locker, Australia Post are supposed to redirect it to the person's home address. I'm going to try this and see what happens!
