Particularly Nasty Competitor

I have a particularly nasty competitor that used to sell what I sell on another account. I changed all my listings to private but still as of last week he can somehow work out not who the sellers are but their total feedback score.

How does he do this and any way I can stop it as he uses to work out who buys it through their scores and then messages them.

nibbled it up to $91.90 to outbid FB 117 at 16:22:49 on 20/9.....I am going to make you a star in a few months time boy!!... And it is going to cost big big dollars my boy

As far as I can tell, it would seem that bidder e***i (private) may be shilling on that seller's items and while that bidder's previous history percentage with the seller is undeniably high, I'd need more evidence before making a determination myself.
