Pay-on-use / postpaid postage labels in AUS?

Hi all,

Does anyone know if there's a postal service in AUS that offers pay-on-use (eg. first scan) labels rather than a prepaid label (e.g. ones we generate when a buyer buys an item from us)? I notice big companies use these often for return labels and such. The only ones I can find are in the USA or elsewhere. Thanks for the help!

What difference would it make if you pay on first scan vs not?

I'm not quite sure what the issue is. Unless you have a lot of returns, of course.

AP offer eParcel and a franking service, but those are for very high volume users. eg Big companies.
