Pay pal funds not available for 21 days

Hi! I just sold a dress and went to check that PayPal went through and it says that funds might not be available for 21 days! Is this how it works? When I pay the money is available straight away! Any help? Please

Not too bad lyndal, I've buried the dog bikkies somewhere and Batgirl n Joker have torn off my arm and leg, thankfully it's one on each side so I can continue packing.

Yes, he knows all about selling.  Pity he did not do a bit more research before listing the Anzac Day badges which have nothing at all to do with Anzac Day.
