Payment Not Received into my bank account

I have a message saying that I have been paid for an item that I have sold but there has been no payment into to my bank account. I am unable to contact anyone regarding this what do I do?????????

You only have half a dozen feedback as a seller in the last 6 months, so eBay may still see you as an infrequent seller.
