Payment On Hold On eBay But Seller Received The Item

Hi...

I recently sold an item and eBay has my payment from the buyer on hold. The seller has already received the item and says he has informed eBay, but eBay is still holding my money. It has been five days since the item arrived at the seller's address, but on eBay it is saying it hasn't arrived.

How do I get eBay to release my money? It is over $200 and that's a lot of cash for me.

As you haven't sold for a long time, eBay will see you as a new seller.

You'll need to be  registered to sell , signed up for managed payments and you payout will be on hold for 14 - 30 days
