Other members cannot see anything from the dispute number
Buyers are able to open a dispute, top rated seller or not
Did you respond to the dispute, or did you allow it to time out?

I looked up your feedback and it is all positive so I assume this buyer must have left positive feedback?
Any buyer can open a dispute, even if you are a top ranked seller.
You're not necessarily protected.
But if a person opens a dispute, you should reply, that is very important. You cannot afford to just ignore a dispute.
You should have said they were very happy with the item in their feedback so any damage (or whatever the problem was) must have been done after the item arrived.
BUT all the same, your best course would have been to allow a return and pay for a postage label so you got the item back before refunding. Did you do that?
