Buyer has confirmed he collected the goods but the funds are still on hold. How do I get eBay to release the funds?

Re: Payment on hold.

You are a new seller and need to be signed up to Managed Payments....are you?

Re: Payment on hold.

wait the new seller 30 days,  than they will happily send you some $'s.

Oh but only if you are verified.

Re: Payment on hold.

By agreeing what you agreed to when you ticked you had 'read and understood'

Meaning you wait the 30 days , why do you believe the funds should be released early?

Did you use the QR code when the buyer picked up the item?

The buyer has'nt left you feedback yet

You saying the buyer said won't cut it with eBay

Did you do everything required for Managed Payments, and be verified before you sold?

Re: Payment on hold.

What is it with this stupid system? I am not a new seller and the buyer didn't get a QR code and the payment is still on hold after pickup.

Re: Payment on hold.

Yes, you are a new seller in eBay's eyes

Your last feedback as a seller is 'more than a year ago'

It does not matter how long you have been a member

Or how many items you sold before

Just like my funds would be on hold if I went back to selling on my seller account now, which I have had since 2005

Stupid aside, you agreed to it when listing

Why did the buyer not have a QR code?

How do you intend to prove they picked it up?

Plus they have not left feedback

"Yes, you are a new seller in eBay's eyes"

Show me where that is documented. You just made that up.

Re: Payment on hold.

Not my issue if you do not like factual responses and do not know basic policies

The link to the information on that policy was already posted on one of the other threads you posted the same complaint on in any case

Re: Payment on hold.

You have zero clue

You have links numerous times from numerous members, so how do you work out 'I made it up'

Abusive spam will not get your funds released

A message from the buyer proves nothing . If the buyer should happen to open a dispute, you have zero proof

Throwing tantrums because you do not like facts says far more about the person you are than anything else
