Did you fully complete sign up to Managed payments and be verified to sell prior to listing?
Your item sold on Feb 5th, so even if you did as required prior to listing, your funds will be on hold for 14-30 days as you agreed to when listing
Especially as it is a higher priced item from a brand new seller, it is likely to be closer to the 30 days
IF you have not signed up and been verified to sell, you won't be paid at all until you do so
