I just tried to do a part refund to a buyer using the paypal app. Would you believe there is no way to do it. How utterly stupid is that.

Not always geared for the buyer......buyers can't pay for multiple purchases using the eBay app if they have combined postage rates. I've had buyers pay separately that bought free post items, but ones that have postage charges have to wait until they're back on their computer to benefit from the combined postage rate.

I had one buyer a few months ago in an absolute flap because she wanted to pay but couldn't and it would be another 5 days until she could get to a computer to pay that way. She was worried I'd open a case against her. I assured her it was no problem because she had told me what was going on. That is all I ask if people need more time to pay. 5 days later, she paid. I had also added a note to her purchases reminding me that she would be paying in 5 days, so I didn't forget and open a case when I was half asleep.
