So this is strange. Ive done well over 10k of transactions since I started operating a few years back. Not one issue ever. Then I see two chargeback requests in my PP account, both requests on the same day. Both from Novemeber last year. I could provide evidence on one with a screenshot of the eBay transaction and PP receipt but no tracking destils as it was a cheap item so it was sent via normal post. The other I have C&S proof. All sent through to PP just waiting on the inevitable now.
I wonder if this is a PP stuff up, as I have never before had this happen and for it to happen twice on the same day is a bit suss.

Try ringing Audt Post for the one with tracking and ask them to provide the tracking d tails. whilst it isn't showing online for you Would think they would be able to provide the tracking details.

Thanks guys. It just seems strange that I get two chargebacks on the same day. And I have never in the 4'ish years and 13k or so invoices had this happen.
For the order with no tracking, I have taken a screen shot of the eBay order along with the PP payment receipt, and also a screen shot of the email I send to which he replies he never did it, and sent them to PP as evidence. I'm not holding my breath over this one.
But the second one, even though the tracking no longer works, the proof is there that the item was ordered, paid for and delivery was done. He hasn't responded to my eBay message or email. But I found him on FB. Too far if I send him a message on FB?

It will be the tracking that ebay/paypal will take notice of as evidence.
Don't think I would go as far as Facebook.
But if there is a phone number on the order details I might try giving him a call on that.

You can contact AP and get a copy of the tracking....they can access it for at least 6 months, probably longer.
Don't even try to fight the non tracked item or you will be hit with the $15 charge. You can't win it so why pay out more money.

I begining to wonder if this a just a PP stuff up. As I check my PP account this morning and now they are holding more money as now apparently I'm a non established eBay seller! I only did 55 sales over the weekend. And over 13k in sale invoices since I joined. Lol.

That does sound like a paypal stuff up but it is an entirely different issue to the 2 chargebacks and should be treated as such.
