Pick up code

Hi, I’ve sold two items using local pick up - one paid cash the other paid via PayPal.  Both say they did not get any Pick up Code so I can’t close out the sales, and one I have not received funds for yet.  Any clues how to resolve?

Even with a pickup code, eBay don't always process the transaction correctly.
