Pick up only

I have sold an item, pick up only, too heavy to mail. They have paid after I put in a complaint to Ebay, but they still do not reply to my emails and have not come to pick up the item,. I send emails that I will give them their money back - still no reply. It has now been 11 days. Any idea on how to handle this?

When you say they paid after a complaint, I guess you are referring to opening an unpaid item case.

Cash on pick up is always the best.

Give them a call. Select advanced search next to the blue search button. To the left margin select find contact info and follow the prompts. You will be emailed their details and they get yours.
