Plastic sleeve for customs forms CLICK AND POST

Hi,

I have been using the click and post option via either ebay or aus post (connecting to ebay).

But when i have to send overseas, I need to attach 3 copies of the customs form.

Apparentlky there is some clear plastic sleeve that you attach with the forms inside.

I have asked at6 3 different Aus post outlets and none havethem. Said I need to order online. But I cant find them anywhere.

Anyone know whatI mean and how to get them?

many thanks,

Ari

Invoice/packing sticker pouches.

I saw a good listing for $3.50 for 25 units.

On second thoughts you better get the ones that say Packing slips.

Regardless of what your post office says - Australia Post offers these plastic envelopes for free.

Re: Plastic sleeve for customs forms CLICK AND POST

For international deliveries:
If youโ€™re shipping internationally, four separate shipping labels will be generated for printing. If thereโ€™s more than one item in your parcel, a โ€˜goods listโ€™ detailing each item will also be generated for printing.

Make sure you sign in the signature field on every label and on the โ€˜goods listโ€™ if you have one.

Separate the four labels. Keep the โ€˜Senderโ€™s Copyโ€™ label for your own records and put the other three labels (plus the โ€˜goods listโ€™, if you have one) into a clear, self-adhesive plastic envelope. Attach the self-adhesive envelope to a flat surface on your parcel.

Clear, self-adhesive plastic envelopes are available for free at your local Post Office.

Re: Plastic sleeve for customs forms CLICK AND POST

from post office help (chat)

Hmm it is tricky as Post Offices stock themselves and choose what to stock depending on their own customer experience.
We also only sell these at Post Offices, we have no stock available via our online store I'm afraid

Another PO staff member who doesn't know what they're talking about.   They don't "sell" them - they are FREE

Re: Plastic sleeve for customs forms CLICK AND POST

Yes definitely FREE from PO. If you print your own International Labels using Mypost account with AP those plastic envelopes are designed to fit the labels. If your local PO doesn't have them maybe they will get them in for you? Just picked up bundle of 50 from my local.

Unfortunately you just have to be really determined to get some of the items or functions that AP constantly advertise, we have found that many times the person behind the counter has no idea what is available or what they have in stock.

Very poor training on AP's or the Managers part.  Be persistent.
