Please help, I need this item removed

Hi,

I need to remove an a item I am selling, but I face two problems:

(This is not an auctioned item)

- Someone recently bought it, and I didn't want him to buy it since I wanted to remove the item.

- I can't find the item number.

To the right of the active listing is a drop down , from the drop down select End Item and go from there.

If someone has already purchased the item via eBay, there is no way to remove or withdraw it from sale, so if that is what has happened, you are officially obliged to honour the sale and will need to contact your buyer and try to sort it out with them (they may be agreeable to cancelling the transaction, but keep in mind seller's not honouring sales can be a big issue for buyers and they may not agree at all).

and a seller in this situation could get a negative, or a comment stating you did not honour a sale.

Which can look bad if you plan to keep selling items, n31ln3t.
