Please help regarding lowering item price on invoice

Hi, I just had someone buy an item but we have both agreed to lower the price. I can't work out how to do that via the invoice, as the recalculate button isn't doing anything. Please help. Thanks. 🙂

As long as they ticked the box to say the payment was for goods they would have buyer protection, your seller protection would not be as comprehensive though if it was not processed as an ebay transaction.

Thanks PJ, I didn't want to take any chances. They paid and I refunded, now just have to make sure the packaging is spot on.
