I've checked the critera for the bronze power seller and we have ticks in all boxes and all criteria met however not been awarded the title! Do I need to do anything or contact ebay to obtain it?
If you have met all of the requirements then you will be granted Powerseller status at your next review date. You can check it by going into your seller dashboard, think it's the 21st of each month from memory.
