I am also curious to know once the printed label is down ( does it tell you what the item is or does it only have the buyers address ?

No. One at a time. If you print landscape you can get 2 per A4 sheet.
There is no item description on the label, nor should there be. But as you can't print multiple labels at once this should not be a problem.

Ah well that's no good, when you have to sort, and find each item, i noticed on the usps in USA, you can do this...
As printing 20-30 items one by one, is very time consuming,

USPS is American Post.
You can print multiples through Australia Post Click and Send. But you generally pay more than the eBay equivalent.
I don't do 20 or 30 per day, but I find printing one at a time helps me not to confuse what label goes with what package. I don't use postage labels to find my stock, however. That's done way before postage is done.

So i guess you could have your label printer near your stock, so you know which label goes where ?

You'd probably have to print packing slips / invoices to help you match the labels to the products, if you need to print and package in completely separate areas / sessions etc.
(I do this is a way - I've never had two buyers on the same day with the same first and last name, so often I just handwrite out a list that says stuff like "Jane D - [shorthand item description]").

oh yeah that sounds like a good idea ๐

My label printer is next to my computer and not portable.
I dig my items when they are paid for, then pack them, print the label, attach to the relevant parcel and put in the to-be-posted pile. One at a time. Not hard and not particularly time wasting. I can have a day's parcels packed, then just need to print the labels, stick them in the satchel, stick the book in and seal. The only extra time is in the 3 metre walk from my desk to the packaging area.
if you don't want suggestions, maybe don't ask in the first place.
