Problem with Photos on Turbo Lister Uploads

I treid to use Turbo Lister today to upload a sold item that had the same photos as the listing on ebay.

It would not let me upload saying the photos were not the right size ????

This was the exact same photos that was on the original listing.

The item only sold a couple of months ago and I was relsting as I got more stock.

Am i missing something here???

I hve done this before with no problems

Can anyone tell me why this is happening please

Does it still happen?  Sometimes there's a temporary glitch with image conversion, they may have been updating the programming or making other changes.

Yes there is still some problem with Turbo Lister.  Won't open at all today!!!

I ended up downloading the listing to Seller Manager and relisted that way.  Even later in the evening would not not download with the pics so frustrating

Took so much of my time...it probebaly would have been quikcer to relist myself ha ha

Anyway thanks again I think i have read Turbo Lister has had many problems lately
