REALLY obvious shill bidding. How do I report?

As the title suggests I'm unsure on how to go about reporting a very obvious shill bidder/seller?

I've seen lots over the years but this one is so obvious it's not funny. The items are pre-loved kids/baby clothing so it's not simply a case of  having muliples of the same item. All the items that finish at under $10-$15 have a max bid placed by one of two 'buyers'....one with 0 fb and one with 1 fb. Both "buyers" have 100% bid activity with this seller. In the 31 completed items one piece has apparently sold then been relisted six times, another one five times.

She has well over 1000 fb and I don't understand why she doesn't just list them at the minimum she'd like rather than starting at $1 and shilling?

either go to the listing and there is a link to report the listing

or go to Customer Support up the top "contact us" tab => selling => report a member => call us/email/whatever

"If you think someone's breaking the rules, please report it to us. Be sure to provide the member's user ID and the item number"

pink-budgie, that's what I don't understand either? She can't exactly lodge and NPB against herself, so she's paying fees each time. One item has been 'sold' and relisted 6 times. She must of paid out more fees than what she'd make if the item actually sold for what she wanted!

I think that she can probably send a request for cancellation to herself though, and get her fees back that way.

Doesn't she risk a defect though? It seems the defect system is still quite defective and some people have complained about getting defects for cancelling orders.........   ?
