You'll have to ask the buyer that because we can only speculate they are either being influenced by drugs, have financial problems, manage their money badly, have some kind of obsessive compulsive buying disorder, are messing with you, or some other possible reason.

My favourite idea is their cat jumped on their keyboard on two separate occasions.

Learn what I have. If you give someone a second chance, more than likely they will do the same again. Next time you come across one of these types, put them on your blocked list the first time.
