I need to know who is responsible for ebay deciding that I now after selling for 2 years , can't receive payments? I don't even care about how to fix it at this point. Ebay could just keep paying me into the same account I've been using for the last 2 years but it wasnts to just give me notifications that payments are on hold . After doing everything it told me to do for the last week , it still has the same notice and doesn't work..

Review of ebay accounts can be conducted at anytime and can be at the direction of external agencies.

It can also be illegal for ebay to notify you of the reason your account is under review.

In addition, your attitude "revenge" may simply be deemed incompatible with ebay

I can feel your frustration but you need to address what is possible.

That is making sure you keep pushing to get things right so you can be paid. That might even mean contacting ebay help via chat or whatever and asking them what else you can do to fix the problem. They may be able to point you in the right direction. Even if that is what you have tried, maybe try again and mention it has not worked.

It is pointless worrying about what scumbag is responsible. Your chances of finding that out are about 0%. Ebay is never going to tell you exact names. It is possible you dealt with more than one person, too.
