I am selling an item and the price when I listed it was just $ meaning Australian dollars and then bidding proceeded and it stayed in $. I went to check it tonight and there is a 'C' in front of the price and it was gone down $5 since I checked it last. Google tells me the C means Canadian dollars? Halp?

You are logged onto the Canadian site.

Just log back onto the Aus site. ebay.com.au

You can always check what site you are on by looking at the address bar on the browser.

Sometimes when you view an item it will revert to the site the item was listed on and stays until you log out or log back to the original site you were on.

Double check the web address details when you are looking at the listing - should be ebay.com.au

Earlier today when I checked a listing I was diverted to Germany I think ??? so some glitches seem to be around.

When I look at your listing it shows as AU $108.05

EDIT - Too slow LOL

Is this something that happens a lot because I can find nothing online (or in this forum) about it! It should be in the FAQ or something, or maybe it's just common knowledge for everyone but me!! Haha thanks for all your help.

I don't think being diverted to other countries happens that frequently.

However eBay glitches happen all the time Cat Happy

So far today

- I spend time on the German ?? site when I went to check one of my AU listings

- I have not received the usual email notifications of my purchases

- I tried to leave feedback and was told I already did, when I had not

- Searching one of listings by number I got a pop up that the listing did not exist

- um .... probably more things, but I can't recall, cause you can't keep up with them all ... Cat LOL

That is only true if you let it worry you.

Just go with the flow and let it slide over you.
