Hi tried to go into my account and make a one off payment. It won't allow me to change payment options or change bank accounts or even delete accounts until they withdraw what's due. they have really know how to get their moneywhen they trap you like this
That is why I pay via auto paypal with a debit card linked with no money in it ... no money in the account then no payment.
I took my credit card and my serving bank account offline from pp a few years ago, So although I have two verifed bank accounts recorded with paypal are unable to remove money from it.
If you make a one off payment just prior to having scheduled payments being taken out then they normally sting you twice...

But the invoice is correct, it was correct when the invoice was issued, and it is still correct now. The credits are going to be created in a new billing period, that is IF the non of the non-payers does not actually pay. You cannot honestly expect eBay to be manually altering invoices for every non payment !!!
Elsewhere you pay for advertising and if you do not sell that is tough luck, you do not get your $ back at all.

Just read the link. "Please allow 30 days for the refund". If this is correct then I'm out of pocket for that period of time ($120) all because of moron non paying bidders

The refund will, at worse, show on your next invoice.
It's a bit like Paypal advising you that withdrawals can take 5-7 days to show in your account. They usually hit mine the next day.
They will always quote the worst case scenario. Understandable. I would.
