So I have sold an item on Ebay. I listed it as size 8 as that was the size I was told upon purchase. I am a size 7 and they were a bit too big for my liking. The buyer purchased about 20 something days ago and is asking to send back as they got the wrong size. I listed size 8 on my item and the buyer states that in the description there was an indication of Mens sizing so I cross checked the information. I accepted well below purchase price and am unsure of refund policy and what to do as the purchase was made quite a while ago, and It's been a certain number of days therfore I have withdrawn the money from paypal. What are the policies on refund as I stated information correctly and all?and

Ya really reckon that's a basis for NAD return? Really?
Absolutley - its like me saying on this ID that a size 8 garment fits a size 12 - with no other information. Gawd I'd be a fool. I actually do title things as being sizes than branded but:
- I note the marked size
- I give measurements
- I say "may best fit a size xx" - or a size AU xxx - I would never claim something will fit a particular size cause thats almost impossible to know
- frequently I will note if something is a smallish fit, but encourage checking of measurements

That comment was not based on Redback's sizing chart, but (as I tried to indicate by using the word "technically", as in it was a mildly facetious comment), based on the fact that a size 7 foot can generally wear a size 8 shoe (eg I often buy one size up, if the shoes are deeply discounted and my size isn't available).
In the context of the OP discounts are irrelevant. Misleading buyers.to actual sizing is relevant.

No they are size 8 redbacks that fit a size 7 of unclear mainstream gender
Op says "I listed size 8 on my item and the buyer states that in the description there was an indication of Mens sizing so I cross checked the information. "

Size 8 Redbacks are size 8 Redbacks. Always have been, always will be. Why not just admit you're wrong for once? We've all been wrong before. I guess the difference is, some of us are happy to admit when we get it wrong.

K. ยฏ\_(ใ)_/ยฏ
I'm actually not sure what someone can take away from a statement like "Size X, fits size Y", when there are no measurements provided, nor even mention of what sizing is actually being used by the brand (UK, US, AU... who knows, except those that looked up Redback's sizing chart, anyway), but oh well.

I am not the one with a problem the OP is.
I am stating my opinion based on my experience.
IMO the OP has mislead the buyer by their listing title. IMO they would lose a eBay dispute and paypal dispute
AND the OP reads to me as a female that listed their boots in mens category, making sizing all the more fuzzy.
SIZE 8, FITS SIZE 7... give me a break ..
