A buyer who has won the item I was selling and has paid already, has notified me to let me know they want to cancel the order before I actually got to post the item. I have agreed but advised that the postage/shipping fees would be retained from the refund.
I'm not sure how to cancel the order and make the changes to the refund amount.
When I go to authorize the cancelation, it tells me that it will automatically refund through Paypal the full amount.
Will it then give me the chance to makes changes if I click ok?
Hope this makes sense and I appreciate any help.
Cheers.

Perhaps I am being way too understanding than is warranted here, but I am assuming the seller has already printed an eBay shipping label and does not understand that you can cancel the label within 5 days? As others have said OP, either go down the Unpaid Item route or cancel the postage label, yes it's a pain and you may have to check the funds are refunded on your next invoice, but certtainly more ethical and red dot preventing!!!!
