Removed listing after sale.

A listing of mine was removed the day after it was sold.

Everything about the sale has been removed,

Including the buyers name and address

The buyer paid into my bank account.

So I have no address though Paypal.

I cant contact the buyer as there is nothing at all pertaining to the sale.

I dont know why ebay would bother removing the item after it was sold and was no longer available for the general public to see.

I have emailed Ebay but have had no reply yet, 

I will try ringing them tomorrow.

I noticed they took there FVF.

Do you still have the sold email and does it show the buyer's ID so you can send them a message, or set up a 10c listing for them to buy so you can get their details?

Go to advanced search then select find contact info and follow the prompts.

You will need the item number if you have it in an email.

You will be emailed their details and the buyer gets yours.

I cannott contact buyer because I dont have item number because of eby removing everything.I cant even cancel the sale because they removed everthing.

That's certainly frustrating, jjba6541.

Your only hope would appear to be getting hold of someone sensible in eBay, and finding out the details from them.

eBay's "Have us call you" option is by far the best way to get in touch with eBay. (Emails are useless, for a number of reasons, but primarily because the responses, when they are finally sent, are bot-generated.)

eBay say: We'll call you at the phone number registered to your account, or you can enter a different number.

If the buyer pd by bank transfer (not bank deposit) then perhaps, go to your bank and see if they can reverse the payment or give you the bank account details of the depositor so you can refund. 

Did eBay tell you why they removed the listing?

A lot of buyers use their ebay ID as the reference when paying by bank deposit, so I'd check that, too.
