Just recieved a warning from ebay that 110 of my listings on one ID only, have http links which is a violation. The other two stores are unaffected, even though I use exactly the same listing techniques on those id's. I dont use a hosting service for my photos. I suspect the problem is the ebay generated " powered by selling manager pro" icon at the bottom of the listing. I didnt put it there, ebay did.
Is it likely that that is the problem ? and if so is there a way to edit it out in bulk or do I have to do each listing individually ?
Solved! Go to Solution.

I've tried this and where there was a red "X" on the links section after you click Fix It then the X turns to a green tick.
But the HTTP does not change to HTTPS.
So maybe these don't need to be changed to HTTPS.
Might be stating the obvious, but don't forget to click SAVE after your choose FIX IT FOR ME - otherwise it will just revert back.

When I use this and select the metag tag change, it puts all my description wording off center and part off the page. Left as is when checked on mobile it looks fine.

Except, according to my selling page, they still need fixing, and I got this stupid email warning as well.
Its an ebay glitch, after you have fixed it Ebay are not removing it from list, even though listing is now fine.
Just leave it as it as and it will get sorted eventually
Its just their half baked way of introducing something that doesn't work yet

Well woke up this morning to a bad dream. My main store has 476 non complying listings, so nearly 600 all up. Still no advice or help from ebay as to what exactly is the problem. I,m no computer geek and have no idea how to identify the problem or what I should be changing. I,m just going on the info from the boards that it could be the " powered by selling manager pro " link that ebay placed on my listings in the first place. NOT HAPPY JAN.

OK. I phoned ebay out of desperation ( even that is getting harder these days ) . They advised the problem was brought about by changes Google have made and not ebay initiated. The poor girl on the phone was EXCELLENT but absolutely run off her feet with this problem.
She claims the " powered by selling manager pro " icon is not the issue, so I could have spent hours removing that from my listings for no effect. The CSS sat there for 20 minutes and revised my listings for me 50 at a time. Even ebay do not have a bulk tool to edit the lot at once.
She offered to tell me how to do it myself, but advised that it is quite technical and A LOT of people are running into trouble trying to do it themselves.
SO .. a big problem that ebay is completely unprepared for. If you are not technically minded, call CSS and they will make the changes for you, but there is a log jam on the phones and it takes quite awhile for the CSS staff to make the changes if you have any number of listings so expect a wait.

If they'd kept Turbo Lister, all everyone would have to do is a find/replace. But noooo

I'm certainly finding that 'Powered by Turbo Lister' is causing my issues. As I relist and remove that link (to nowhere as TL is no longer supported) the number of non-compliant listings drops by the same amount.
I reckon I'll have it sorted in a couple of weeks, or at least get to the point where it's worthwhile to go hunting.

Chamelon, so "what" part of your listing did the ebay rep actually change then ? can you notice the change or is it not an obvious change ? I'm not real tech savy so not sure if I am understnading this or not but I have around 300 (other account) that I am slowly working through and hoping what I am changing is correct.

I'm not Chameleon obviously, but you need to change all "http://" to "https://" (or, remove all "http://").
