Reserve Price in Oz?

Is it possible to put Reserve price on Australian listings?

Did you read the information in your link? Specifically - The Reserve Price option is only available for vehicles listed in the Cars, Bikes, Boats category (excluding Go Carts, Pocket Bikes and Trailers).

Bolded by eBay, too.

I'm just posting relevant and seemingly conflicting information which is still current on the eBay Australia site, which states pretty clearly that it's quite possible to set a reserve and makes no mention of category restrictions.

The excerpt I posted was from the link YOU provided, and it specifically states the very few categories for which reserves are allowed.

You replied to glenbank.

eBay don't read the boards, they are member to member, and even if they did what do you want them to do? They have already stated, as proven by you, the categories for which reserves are allowed. Did you actually read it?

Have you actually read the link that you have posted.....it definitely states that Reserves are only for Cars, Boats and Bikes.

Why would ebay amend , refute or remove information that is correct for ebay Australia?

I moved 30 oz in 2001 and started selling, always with a reserve as it got bud excited enough to end up paying more than they would have if I had started at that price. When reserve was taken I stopped selling near as much.
