I included the screenshot. Since I’m an Australian seller and the item was returned to the UK instead of being delivered to me in Australia, I lost 1.5K. I have canceled the international shipping option from my listing.

She create the ebay account on same day when she place the order-Hence i triple chekc before dispatch to avoid this type of headache however no success
also, i sent email to ebay with attached proofs -i will update you once i received reply back from them.
