We all hate returns but got to give it to this guy, and yes did grant him a return
Hi, I recently received your car dual camera Blackbox DVR recorder. I wish to return the item because of the following problem(s): The front Camera is stated as 5 Mps. When I first received my first iPhone way back in 2011, it was an iPhone 4, with a 5 megapixel rear-view camera and recall that it was one of the first phones of its kind to record a simple Video. Based on the experience with a 5MP camera in 2011, I can safely state that using the Blackbox DVR’s recording quality was a vastly different experience. I have seen Eric the Eel move faster than the 5MP camera, at The Sydney 2000 Olympics. I have seen beached Walrus s move faster in Antarctica during mating season. I have seen the lines at Centrelink move faster on public holidays than the DVR s front Camera. If I wanted a 2 Frame per second DVR recorder for $118.00 inc. postage & handling I would have bought one. Instead, your auction listing, lead me to believe I was being sold one of the most advanced car DVRs ever. Put that together with the word blackbox , and I assumed that I was getting an unbeatable, unsinkable & aeroplane worthy device. In short: Your item description, and price, was negligent and misleading. I only require a refund without the possibility of an exchange, and will leave not leave negative feedback unless the the issue can be resolved. It is just unethical, unlawful and simply wrong to state that a device can do one thing, but do another. Good day to you Sir,

Yes but communicated in a friendly manor which suprised him as he expected aggresive reply, so having calmed down even paid return postage on the item, yes the frame rate is really odd as we have one of these in one of our vehicles, and runs at the 30 frames per second as should, will be interested to test the device.

You're assuming buyer tested it and didn't assume.
If you stated 5mpx (not 5 miles per second), caveat emptor. I'd probably have advised whistling (or something) into the wind.

Yes but it was a Ebay return, and to fight it is useless, beteer to get the item back, and bonus buyer paid for return postage, and triple bonus left postive feedback, that does not happen ever.
