Hi, just a question on returns, a buyer wants to return some cosmetics, saying there is something "wrong" with them as they are sample sizes.
one item is in fact full size and retails for more that what the buyer paid. Their other two are sample travel sizes.
i clear photo was posted showing all 3 products in their packaging with the sizes on the packaging.
i did not think I needed to do any more than that and did not write in the description (my bad)
should I accept the return? Where do I stand with This if I don't accept it? As they are cosmetics, there is a question of hygiene as well.

Have they been opened at all?
I'd say that is critical. The woman would have seen the size when they arrived, so if she opened the packaging then I think you would have every right to refuse a return.
If they are unopened then I am not sure where you stand as I haven't seen the relevant ad. I did look at some of your listings and there isn't really anything in the background that helps a person gauge approximate size. I know people should enlarge the pics etc & look closely but you're right-in the text, if you said nothing else, you should have listed the 3 product names and sizes.
A lot will depend on how clearly the sizes were shown in the photos.
Personally, if I were the ebay rep, I would put it down to buyer error, not enough due diligence... but I am not the ebay rep.
