Revising invoices.

I thought you could revise the sale cost of the item after sale.

They decided to pick up the item instead, so I already had postage included - free.

I wanted to discount so.

Is it too late?

Thanks

Oh for crying out loud....... If a trader can't work out a number that works for all at the time of handover, what are they doing in business?

Really? I've just about had enough of this (but not quite enough of the amusing little bottle of red that I am currently "necking" - is that the correct expression?).

Best wishes to all,

Marina.

Is said little bottle of red being drunk from a brown paper bag? I think the expression is "necking" then because you have to strangle it to hold the bag on ๐Ÿ˜„

Re: Revising invoices.

Yes, but then you get a mark against your name for issuing a refund.

All good.

I was just wondering.

I did not think there was a wat to refund.. but you never know.

You don't have to issue it as a refund - you can just send them the money outside of the eBay transaction using the email address on their paypal account.

Re: Revising invoices.

Yes I did,

The only issue I was really concerned about what the slightly extra fee from Ebay relating to the sale price being higher.

All good.

Indeed every cent counts. My wife is Asian, ask her about money and you will learn the value of money after living her lifestyle in an Asian country =D

I was going to relist the item at a lower price, but then I would need to go through and relist it at a higher price. I just wanted to save myself some time.

I am going to sit down and calculate all my postage fees.

Some people have already come to my warehouse for pick up.

Thanks again Neville

Re: Revising invoices.

Here's an idea. When they come to pick the item up, give them a cash refund. Minus the 4 cents in fees that you would be losing from the postage. I would assume they would be paying cash on pick up. Deduct the few dollars off the amount they give you. Then you can spend hours on the phone getting the 4c credited to your account.
